Veneziola is
defined to the South by the channel and the bridge of the port "Tomas
Maestre" and in the North by four channels called "Venezianos",
where the waters of the Mediterranean Sea are melting with the gentle
waters of the Mar Menor.
You can find our Urbanization at the beach "El Arenal", characterized
by the transparency and renovation of their waters, being converted
in an exclusive place in Europe, until the point of being known
for the foreign tourism and resident as "The Last Paradise" or "The
Florida of Europe".
There is about 2 kms of Veneziola the port "Tomas Maestre", with
access to both seas through the great channel, whose visit is obligatory
for the thousand of sailing lovers who visit us every year.
In Veneziola is the Urbanisation "Las Gondolas", a place with chalets,
having access by road and sea.
In the Urbanization "Las Gondolas" you can find chalets, hotels,
apartments, sport facilities, gardens, etc.
We have services about 2 restaurants with international food and
typical gastronomy of the region Murcia, an ice-cream shop, supermarket,
sailing school where you can practice aquatic ski and windsurfing,
etc.
At the moment "Las Gondolas" has 10 buildings with typical italian
names: Rialto, Lido, Milano, Murano, Venezia, San Marcos, Marco
Polo, Ducal, Chiringuito, Genova, occupied by 50 % nationals and
50 % foreigners, mostly Northeuropeans who, fascinated of the beauty
and the warm climate, decide to reside here the whole year.
At the moment we are constructing the buildings "Florenzia" and
"Tiziano" conformed by studios, apartments of one, two or three
bedrooms. A bank and a farmacy will be here located as well.
We are constructing an area with a big parking place, the "Plaza
de Fontana" with big gardens and a private swimming-pool with water
games for adults and children.
The next project will be the building of the houses "Vaporetto"
and "Tintoretto", an hotel with therapeutic services - a beauty
center, where summer supposes an improvement for the health of our
visitors.
In the Urbanization the municipality is constructing a big, pulic
park.
Our beaches with very fine sand is in a permanent process of improvement
